      New Adventure Map and Site Fixes

      Drehmal: PRIMΩRDIAL was added

      A bunch of minor fixes were done to the site as well as some refactoring of the backend code.
      - Mapping works again, black and missing blocks are no more!
      - Last online and server start times are in Mountain Timezone
      - Now displaying the hardcore gamemode indicator, even though none of the current worlds are hardcore
      - Skins and Avatars should update regularly again
      - If a world has a resource pack, a download link is displayed

      Site Fixes and the Return of TFC!

      TerraFirmaCraft is back!

      Avatars are now using the correct images and will work with name changes. Server icons are now displayed on the server information page. New server information has been added: Game mode, difficulty and hardcore, whitelist enforcement, uptime, and more. Server messages now have color and formatting.

      Site Updates

      Multiple Server Changes

      World was upgraded to v1.5 and was reset due to all the new changes in Minecraft v1.5. The old world has been renamed to Relic and is still on v1.4.7. A new, creative world called Forge was created. And finally Alone was deleted.

      FtB Updated and in Survival Mode

      FtB was updated to version 4 of the DireWolf20 mod pack and we are no longer going to be playing in Ops mode. Ops will be given to a couple people to create a spawn house, some mystcraft items, and then removed afterwards.

    What is Minecraft?
    Minecraft is a totally awesome 3D game where you can place blocks of – well, just about anything, really. At night monsters come out. You can buy it from minecraft.net if you haven't already.
    So I'm playing with others?
    Yep, that's right! It means we're all playing on the same map, we can interact (trading, working together, fighting, etc). The Minepaedia has tons of info about stuff like this.
    So, what's it like? What's going on?
    It's friendly, usually. Also, we really like the stuff you make and will try to protect it, so build with some assurance that it'll be there when you get back. We also have other servers, check out the Worlds page.
    Think of it is Civilized Survival Mode. There's a variety of projects going on, sometimes we have special maps such as SkyBlock.
    We also sometimes have a few Adventure maps that you and a couple of friends can play on. These maps are not your standard Minecraft. There is usually a puzzle to solve, battles to be won, or specific tasks to complete.
    As for the survival world, it's mostly empty as this point, so that means there is a clean slate to start just about wherever you like.
    Whichever world you play, you are always welcome to make any of those your own. Build a farm for animals or crops, or create a Roman aquaduct, or start an enchanted armor shop to sell to other players. Also, watch out for monsters!
    How do I play?
    Join our server! Buy Minecraft, then run it. When it opens, click on Multiplayer, then punch in the server address <worldname>.redstonelabs.net, and hit Connect. You're in!
    Where in the world am I?
    If you joined Survival, you should be near the Welcome Center. There is some gear and food if you need it, beds on the top floor, materials in the bsaement, and a farm where you can breed animals and chop trees.
    If you want a more filled in world, try Drehmal: PRIMΩRDIAL.
    Snapshot is for checking out the future of Minecraft.
    Creative is for testing and showcasing new builds and designs.
    What should I do?
    Well, anything, really. We have a nightly-updated 3D map for each world on this website so you can pick a nice place to make your home. Harvest a few trees, build a boat, and set sail for a new place! Or ask someone if they have a town or a spare room you can stay in.
    Can I be OP? Can I get Creative Mode?
    No, and no. OPs are picked by trust, and creative mode on survival and adventure maps are not allowed for non-OPs. Except in special circumstances, if an OP uses it to fix damage or something.
    If creative mode is your thing, or if you want to do some design testing for final work in a survival world, we have a Creative world for that.
    How did we start? Origins story please!
    No idea. Someone in ISLUG started a server back on Inconnu and it couldn't handle the load anymore, so we moved to Redstone Labs.
    What about plugins and mods?
    Server-side? None. We use the vanilla Minecraft server so no mods run on the server-side. Client side? Use whatever you want. As long as it doesn't require a server-side mod then you can use it.
    What if the world explodes or wrecks my beautiful creation?
    We make incremental backups every hour and they are kept for 30 days. If your project is destroyed (griefed) by anyone, we can revert the world. This also means others will have to start from the last backup.

Houses, mines and other constructions are public unless locked or otherwise hidden by their owners, however, please do not make any modifications to those structures unless you have the owner's consent, or are repairing damage you may have caused. Any damage (eg, Creepers, TNT) that happens while you are visiting must be repaired.
    5. If you are visiting someone's mine, please do not mine any materials without the owner's consent.
    6. Any collaborative constructions between players are owned by all players involved in its construction, which means that any party is able to modify/build/destroy it.
    7. Nobody but you is to use your account. Do not let friends or family use it -- they can get their own accounts.
    8. The Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have done unto you.
    9. In order to be whitelisted, you must "sign" this document either by loggining into this server via ssh and adding your name to it (/var/www/redstonelabs.net/web/signed.txt), or by having one of the people on #islug do it for you.

    Drehmal: APOTHEOSIS is an expansive Minecraft survival-adventure experience that focuses on exploration, discovery, and deep lore. The map features hundreds of custom structures, unique biomes, villages, dungeons, advanced weapons and abilities, and nonlinear quests designed to reward players who explore the world organically.

    More than just a map, Drehmal is a community-driven project supported by an active wiki and passionate fans working with the developers. Players are encouraged to experience the story firsthand—solo for a slow, immersive journey or with friends for cooperative dungeon-crawling and world-building—while keeping the many secrets and surprises intact.

    Important Info

    Drehmal is an open-world game that does not follow a strict linear path for the majority of your playtime. Progress is driven by exploration, as you'll quickly come to discover tall white and purple towers that serve as fast travel points, with roughly one in each major biome, or region. While you are free to focus on exploring however you wish, main story progress comes by finding, climbing, and manually re-linking these towers to the Terminus Network, and they are found all across the world. Keep an eye out for them, and at certain milestones, you'll be prompted to visit specific story locations.

    The world is in a bit of a dark age, and while there were certainly once advanced civilizations here, there will not always be roads or clear markers to tell you where to go. That doesn't mean that you need to just wander aimlessly, but you will have to wander a bit off the beaten path in order to make your way around. That's intended!

    At towns, special villagers known as Adventuring Merchants will sell you regional and world maps that can aid you in finding your way around the vast continent, as well as bundles and Runic Vessels (Shulker Boxes) in order to help manage your inventory as you loot your way through Drehmal.
